In the morning, accompanied by our qualified guides, you will discover the city center, Syntagma Square, the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, the Parliament and the neoclassical buildings on Panepistimiou Street (the Academy, the University and the National Library). On Irodou Attikou Street, you will admire the Evzones dressed in national costume, as well as the Prime Minister’s offices and the Presidential Palace. On the way to the Acropolis, you will see the Arch of Hadrian, the Temple of Olympian Zeus and the Panathenaic Stadium (where the first Olympic Games of our era took place in 1896). On the sacred rock of the Acropolis, you will see the Propylaea, the Temple of Athena Nike and the Parthenon. Finally We will visit the Acropolis Museum.

Departure from Athens in the afternoon along the coast, passing through the wonderful beaches of Glyfada, Vouliagmeni and Varkiza to Cape Sounion at the southern tip of Attica to visit the Temple of Poseidon. Along the way, you will have a splendid view of the Saronic Gulf and the small nearby islands. After visiting the temple, you will have the opportunity to stroll on the rocky hill of Sounion. You will be free for dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 3 – Monday : Lavrion/Athens – Mykonos

Bathed in sunshine, you will reach the magnificent island of Mykonos at 6pm, inviting you to admire its sublime coastline, its fine sandy beaches and its rugged rocky landscape. This vibrant Greek island is home to 16th century windmills that now grace postcards. It is well known for its beauty, its wide range of bars, cafes, restaurants and its vibrant atmosphere.
Day 4 – Tuesday : Kusadasi – Patmos
The dynamic seaside resort of the Turkish city of Kusadasi welcomes you in a friendly and warm atmosphere. It is there, at 7 am, that you will join your guide for your excursion to the emblematic Hellenistic remains of Ephesus, one of the 7 wonders of the ancient world. Upon your return, you will have time to stroll through the bazaar next to the port. In the afternoon, at 1pm, we will set sail for the volcanic island of Patmos, bordered by a lovely coast that seems woven from lace and impressive sheer cliffs. It was here, at 4:30 pm, in Patmos that John the Baptist is said to have written the Book of Revelation. You can visit the Cave of the Apocalypse and its monastery.
Day 5 – Wednesday : Rhodes
The exceptional landscape of the largest island of the Dodecanese, Rhodes combines spectacular ancient and historical sites and charming modern villages on the hillside. You will dock at 7am and visit the majestic medieval fortifications of the Acropolis of Lindos, perched atop the cliff and overlooking the crystal-clear waters of the Aegean Sea. You will also explore the paved alleys and narrow streets of the old town which will reveal to you an opulent architecture testifying to Ottoman and Italian influences.
Day 6 – Thursday : Heraklion (Crete) – Santorini
You arrive in Crete at 7am where you will embark on another highlight of your adventure: the mysterious Minoan palace of Knossos. Legend has it that the terrible King Minos kept a man-eating Minotaur in a labyrinth beneath the palace.
You then arrive in Santorini at 4:30 pm, one of the most famous Greek islands in the Aegean Sea. You will be breathless at the spectacular panorama of this island. Here you can explore the magical villages of Fira and Oia and photograph the whitewashed houses and blue-domed churches perched on the cliffs of the caldera. The charming villages are seductive oases of tranquility and beauty that will surpass all your expectations. This idyllic island is the perfect place to admire the sunset.
Day 7 – Friday : Lavrion/Athens
The return journey to the mainland marks the end of your adventure. The return will be at 6am to leave you the entire day to visit the countless classic tourist attractions, art galleries, world-renowned museums of the Greek capital. Transfer from the port of Lavrio to your hotel. You are free for dinner and overnight at the hotel.
